Vamp Up Your Leftover Steak!!!
Ingredients: chips, baby spinach, fire-roasted tomatoes, steak (leftover or fresh), shredded cheese, garlic seasoning, onion seasoning, pink Himalayan salt, pepper. - Directions - Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Grab a baking sheet Spread out desired amount of chips Sprinkle light amount of shredded cheese on top Layer desired amount of baby spinach Sprinkle garlic and/or onion seasoning Sprinkle more cheese on top Add desired amount of fire-roasted tomatoes (diced) Add leftover steak into small pieces Sprinkle a final amount of cheese on top Add desired seasonings (sprinkle pepper and pink Himalayan salt throughout as you choose) Put in oven for about 8 minutes, then check on it...take out right away if cooked to your liking, or allow to cook longer. Keep an eye on it, as it cooks fast past that point! |
Yummy, No Meat Nachos
Ingredients: butter, olive oil, chips, baby spinach, fire-roasted tomatoes, black beans, shredded cheese, sautéed onions, garlic seasoning, pink Himalayan salt, pepper. - Directions - Sautéed onions: mince a sweet onion, add 1 TBSP of butter to small or medium skillet, add some olive oil if you need to, melt on medium, add onion, added garlic seasoning, add black pepper, Sauté until soft, set aside. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Grab a baking sheet Spread out desired amount of chips Sprinkle light amount of shredded cheese on top Layer desired amount of baby spinach Layer on top your preferred amount of black beans Add desired amount of fire-roasted tomatoes (diced) Spread out sautéed onions on top Sprinkle garlic and/or onion seasoning Sprinkle a final amount of cheese on top Add desired seasonings (sprinkle pepper and pink Himalayan salt throughout as you choose) Put in oven for about 8 minutes, then check on it...take out right away if cooked to your liking, or allow to cook longer. Tasty Tortilla Stack
Ingredients: butter, olive oil, ground beef, black beans, baby spinach, Italian parsley (same a small amount for the end), corn (canned/frozen), mozzarella cheese (not sure if mine was or not) - you can use shredded or tear up sandwich-ready cheese; I had leftover sandwich-ready cheese and made use of it. - Directions - Skillet 1: Cook up ground beef on medium-high in skillet Add black beans and half of Italian parsley Simmer until ready to add Skillet 2: Warm 1 TBSP of oil and desired amount of butter Cook corn and Italian parsley to your preference Simmer until ready to add Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Set tortilla shell(s) on baking sheet Tear/Sprinkle cheese over tortilla Add desired amount of meat/bean mixture Layer spinach until it covers the surface Layer preferred amount of corn on top Tear/Sprinkle additional cheese on top Add some Italian parsley garnishment on top Since everything is freshly cooked and already warm from simmering, just let cook in oven for about 5-8 minutes until cheese it melted to your preference. |
